REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
How to Register
- Registrations can be made through the Online Registration Portal.
- All delegates must create a new account or use an existing account to log into the Online Registration Portal, and then create a registration in their account.
- Using a personal email address when creating a new account is advisable. This is especially important if your work email has strict security settings that may block emails from the Symposium Secretariat.
- If you have previously submitted an abstract, you may already have an account.
- If you are creating a registration for someone else, you can create an account using your details and provide the delegate’s information on the registration form.
- After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.

* Student – The select fee requires an associating document (copy of student proof/student card/copy of student declaration book).
Click the upload button during the fee selection in the Online registration form to attach the document.
All the above fees include a local VAT of 22%.
All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).

Cancellation Conditions
Registration Cancellations
- Until 26 March 2025 – a 20% cancellation fee will be applied
- From 27 March until 23 April 2025 – a 50% cancellation fee will be applied
- From 24 April 2025 – no refund can be processed
Cancellation of Other Bookable Items
- Until 23 April 2025 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from each item
- From 24 April 2025 – no refund can be processed
General Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellations must be submitted by email to the ENRIS 2025 Symposium Secretariat
- Refund requests after 24 April 2025 will not be accepted
- Name changes are subject to a 20 EUR fee if requested at least one week before the event.
Payment Methods
Registration fees are collected on behalf of ENRIS by the Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic. All fees must be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges.
BANK TRANSFER
Bank transfer is available until 15 April 2025. After this date, only card payments are accepted. Payments by bank transfer must include the delegate´s full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.
FINAL INVOICE
The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Registration Portal three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details).
Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registration date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Invitation Letter
Delegates can download their invitation letter from the Online Registration Portal once their registration has been paid in full.
Certificate of Attendance
After the Symposium, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Registration Portal for all participating delegates.
Cancellation Or Modification Of The Enris Symposium In Appropriate Circumstances
In appropriate circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the event without prior notice. This may eg. include a change of time and/or venue. Any such decision shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practical. Appropriate circumstances may include circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser preventing or impeding the realisation of the meeting. For example, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics or health concerns such as SARS, bird flu, COVID-19, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disasters, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike or other protests, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism or security concerns.
Data Privacy And Security
We take your privacy very seriously and to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system.
